- Provide overall HR leadership and direction for the Newark location
- Manage the Newark location events and assist with other HR projects as requested in support of OCC’s strategic goals and objectives
- Collaborate and partner with functional leadership to develop an understanding of talent issues and implement talent management strategies including but not limited to leadership development.
- Ensures all HR related programs and processes are effectively implemented and consistently applied. Responsible for handling employee relations issues, diversity and inclusion and immigration processing, as appropriate.
